How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, provide services, support existing projects, maintain business records and improve our website and client experience.
Analytics
Aohana uses Google Analytics to understand website usage such as page visits, approximate location, device information, traffic source and engagement. Analytics information is used to improve the website and marketing decisions.
Service providers
Website enquiry data may be processed and stored using Supabase. Transactional confirmation and notification emails may be processed using Resend. These providers process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention
We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for client communication, service delivery, legal, accounting and operational purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to any information we are required to retain for legitimate legal or business reasons.
