Website prices shown are starting prices unless expressly described as fixed. A project begins only after scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and other applicable conditions are agreed in writing.
Concept work
Some portfolio projects are clearly labelled fictional concepts. They demonstrate creative capability and do not represent real client relationships, transactions or performance results.
Third-party services
Aohana may link to or integrate third-party platforms, software, hosting, analytics or communication providers. Availability and operation of those services are controlled by their respective providers.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Creative and development work can support a business’s digital presence, but website traffic, sales, leads, rankings or other business outcomes are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Aohana retains rights in its website, brand materials, portfolio presentation and pre-existing tools. Client ownership of project deliverables is governed by the applicable signed agreement or proposal.
